We take extra care when sending off our family of Beans, but on rare occasions, the Beans will spill. Please notify us of any damage, within three (3) days. UPS will pick them up and we will send you a replacement. The same is true of our ceramic items. They are far more fragile and packed accordingly but please notify us within three days of delivery if a problem does occur.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, the items are returnable for a full refund or replacement. We pride ourselves in customer service and satisfaction and want to keep you coming back to the Hill.
